Starwood Academy of Frisco is accepting applications at all grade levels — from toddler through middle school — for the 2025-26 school year.

You're excited to begin your child's application process—and we're excited to get to know them!The first step in our admission process is to fill out the inquiry form so that we have some basic information about your child. We look forward to getting to know you and your family as we walk together throughout the admission process.
Step 2: Connect
The second step in our admission process is to connect! The first way you can connect is by watching our On-Demand Virtual Information Session.After watching the Virtual Information Session, we encourage you to schedule a campus tour with our Admissions Director, Ms. Gleiser. We looking forward to walking you through the building, sharing more about our program, and answering your questions about what it's like to be part of our vibrant community.
Step 3: Apply
Selecting the right educational partner is top of mind for families, and partnership at Starwood Academy starts during the admission process. Toddler — Preschool (Ages 18 months-5 years old)
Applicants to preschool must be three (3) years old and toilet trained by September 1 of the year they would attend Starwood.
Step 1 - Submit Inquiry
Before you attend a tour or submit supporting materials, be sure to fill out the inquiry form so that we have some basic information from you. Once you've completed this form, you'll receive an email outlining your next steps.
Step 2 - Schedule A Tour
Reach out to the admission team to schedule a small group tour and experience our vibrant school community in action!
Step 3 - Complete the Application Checklist
Families who have inquired will have access to our parent portal with their student's application checklist. The checklist includes:- Toddler/Primary Application
- $125 Application Fee
- Family Photos Submission

Kindergarten (Ages 5-6 years old)
The Kindergarten checklist only applies to students who are applying to Starwood Academy while they are currently in Kindergarten.

The class visit, which takes place during morning work time, is an opportunity for our guides to observe students in the classroom environment. -
Elementary—Middle School (Ages 6-14 years old)

Step 2 - Schedule A Tour

Step 5 - Complete MAP Testing
In addition to the class visit, elementary and middle school applicants are required to complete Measure Academic Progress (MAP) testing, which assesses their proficiency in reading and math.

Acceptance
Applicant acceptance is based on several factors, one of which is a successful match of the family's and the school's educational goals. -
Wait Pool
If a program has no spaces available, applicants will be placed in a wait pool. Families will be notified when a place becomes available.
